These guidelines have been developed to ensure the safety of you and your staff. Following these guidelines will protect the people handling the move as well as your property and the building. These guidelines are in no way meant to hamper or restrict your process, but rather to safeguard the elements involved.
If you are moving in or out of your suite, please download the Move In/Out Procedures form and email, fax or deliver it to the Management Office.
The moving company must perform all moves through the loading dock located on the Lower Level of the Plaza Parking Garage. The loading dock entrance is located on 21st Avenue North. Loading dock deliveries are restricted to trucks less than 10 feet in height.
Small deliveries, such as UPS and single-hand cart deliveries, take place at the loading dock. Delivery vehicles over 10 feet in height must park curbside on Hayes Street near 21st Avenue North. The transfer of curbside deliveries into the building must be coordinated with the Management Office.
